Responsible Gambling Policy
This policy is issued by 3-102-963320 SRL, registration number 3-102-963320, the owner and operator of Rollion.bet. Rollion operates under Anjouan Internet Gaming Licence No. ALSI-202606054-FI2.
Rollion is committed to keeping gambling a recreational activity and reducing gambling-related harm. Gambling involves financial risk, is not a source of income, and can become harmful.
1. Adults Only
You must be at least 18 years old, or meet any higher minimum gambling age that applies in your jurisdiction. Rollion performs age checks and may request government-issued identification. Accounts used by minors will be closed and handled in accordance with applicable law.
2. Safer Gambling Guidance
- Set a spending limit before playing and do not exceed it.
- Never gamble with money needed for rent, bills, food, debt, or savings.
- Do not chase losses or increase stakes to recover money.
- Take regular breaks and avoid gambling when distressed or impaired.
- Keep track of time, deposits, wagers, withdrawals, wins, and losses.
- Do not borrow money to gamble.
3. Signs of Harmful Gambling
Warning signs can include spending more time or money than intended, hiding gambling from others, chasing losses, borrowing to gamble, missing responsibilities, feeling anxious about gambling, or being unable to stop. If any of these apply, stop playing and seek support.
4. Account Limits
Eligible account tools include daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; loss or wagering limits; session or time limits; and reality-check notifications. Available controls can be accessed requested through support.
A request to reduce a limit takes effect immediately or as soon as technically possible. A request to increase or remove a protective limit is subject to a cooling-off period and may be declined where player-protection concerns exist.
5. Reality Checks and Account History
Reality checks remind you how long you have been playing and may show relevant account activity. You can also review your transaction and game history through your account. Contact support if you need information that is not available through the website.
6. Cooling-Off Period
You may request a temporary break for [AVAILABLE COOLING-OFF PERIODS]. During the break you cannot deposit or gamble. A cooling-off period is different from formal self-exclusion and normally ends automatically.
7. Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer or permanent break, use Rollion’s formal self-exclusion process. Available exclusion periods, account restrictions, treatment of funds, and reopening rules are explained in our separate Self-Exclusion Policy.
8. Account Closure
You may close your account without selecting self-exclusion. If the request is connected to gambling harm, clearly say so and request formal self-exclusion so that the stronger protections in the Self-Exclusion Policy apply.
9. Player Monitoring and Intervention
Rollion may use account activity and behavioural indicators to identify potential harm. Depending on the circumstances, we may send safer-gambling messages, request information, recommend or apply limits, suspend play, or close an account.
10. Marketing
Rollion does not intentionally direct gambling advertising to minors, self-excluded players, or persons identified as vulnerable. Marketing preferences can be managed through account settings or support. Some suppression processes may require a short technical period to complete.
11. Independent Support
Independent organisations can provide confidential information and support:
If gambling is causing an immediate risk to your safety or someone else’s, contact your local emergency or crisis service.
12. Blocking and Financial Tools
You may also consider gambling-site blocking software and gambling-payment blocks offered by some banks or payment providers. These external tools are controlled by their providers and do not replace self-exclusion with Rollion.
13. Privacy
Responsible-gambling information is processed to protect players, comply with legal obligations, and operate account protections. See our Privacy Policy.
14. Complaints
If you believe a responsible-gambling control was not applied correctly, contact support@rollion.bet. Include the date, method, and evidence of your request. Complaints are handled under Rollion’s published complaints procedure.
