This policy explains how 3-102-963320 SRL, registration number 3-102-963320, trading as Rollion, prevents money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crime. It applies to cryptocurrency and fiat transactions.

1. Regulatory Approach

Rollion maintains a risk-based AML and CTF programme consistent with Anjouan Internet Gaming Licence No. ALSI-202606054-FI2, applicable law, regulatory directions, and relevant international standards.

2. Customer Due Diligence at Registration

At registration, Rollion collects and records your full legal name, valid email address, date of birth, and residential address. An account may not be activated until the required information is provided.

We may verify information using documents, trusted databases, device and location information, payment-provider records, or other lawful sources.

3. Enhanced Due Diligence

Enhanced Due Diligence is required:

  • when you request your first withdrawal, regardless of amount;
  • when your aggregate lifetime deposits reach USD 10,000 or the equivalent;
  • when elevated risk indicators or suspicious activity are identified; or
  • when otherwise required by law, a payment provider, or the regulator.

We may request a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address, proof of ownership of a payment method or crypto wallet, source-of-funds evidence, source-of-wealth evidence, and an explanation of relevant activity.

4. Restrictions Pending Verification

If required verification is incomplete, Rollion may pause withdrawals and restrict deposits, wagering, transfers, or other account functions to manage legal and financial-crime risk.

5. Payment Ownership

You must use payment methods and wallets owned or lawfully controlled by you. Rollion may reject or review third-party payments and may require evidence connecting you to a wallet, bank account, card, or payment service.

6. Transaction Monitoring

Rollion monitors deposits, wagers, withdrawals, linked accounts, devices, payment instruments, and wallet activity for indicators including:

  • structuring or attempted threshold avoidance;
  • rapid movement of funds with limited genuine play;
  • unusual betting, deposit, or withdrawal patterns;
  • use of multiple or third-party accounts;
  • activity involving sanctioned or high-risk jurisdictions; and
  • transactions inconsistent with the customer profile or stated source of funds.

7. Cryptocurrency Controls

Crypto transactions may be screened using blockchain analytics. Rollion may review wallet provenance, transaction history, exposure to sanctioned services, mixers, theft, fraud, darknet markets, or other high-risk sources.

A request for information does not itself mean wrongdoing has occurred. Restrictions may remain in place until the review is complete.

8. Fiat-Payment Controls

Card, bank, e-wallet, and other fiat payments may be checked for ownership, chargeback risk, geographic consistency, fraud indicators, and compliance with provider requirements. Cash and anonymous third-party deposits are not accepted unless expressly supported and legally permitted.

9. Politically Exposed Persons and Sanctions

Rollion screens customers and relevant parties against sanctions, politically exposed person, and adverse-media information where appropriate. Additional evidence, approval, or monitoring may apply to higher-risk relationships.

10. Reporting

Rollion reports suspicious activity to Anjouan Gaming or another competent authority as required. Suspicious activity reports are submitted within the applicable regulatory timeframe, including within 24 hours of detection where required.

Transactions or linked transactions exceeding USD 10,000 or the equivalent may be subject to mandatory reporting whether or not they are suspicious. We may be legally prohibited from telling you that a report has been made.

11. Record Retention

CDD and EDD records, transaction data, internal reports, regulatory reports, audit materials, and related evidence are retained securely for at least five years, or longer where required by law.

12. Account Action

Where permitted by law and supported by the circumstances, Rollion may reject a transaction, request additional evidence, impose limits, suspend an account, close an account, or preserve funds pending instructions from a competent authority.

13. Data Protection

Information collected under this policy is processed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, platform security, and protection of Rollion and its users. Further details appear in our Privacy Policy.

14. Complaints

You may complain about the application of this policy by contacting support@rollion.bet. Rollion may be unable to disclose information protected by AML, law-enforcement, security, or reporting restrictions.
